SJVN Recruitment 2023 Details
SJVN LIMITED, A Mini Ratna Schedule ‘A’ Public Sector Undertaking has released a notification vide Advt. No. 116/2023, regarding recruitment of one year apprenticeship training for various Discipline/Trade Graduate, Technician (Diploma), Technician (ITI) Apprentices. Total no of Apprentices seats are 400 with a stipend of Rs.7,000/- to 10,000/- per month depending upon the eligibility of the candidates. It is pertinent to mention that the candidate should have domicile of Himachal Pradesh.
Interested candidates can apply online for the SJVN Recruitment of Apprenticeship Training on official website of www.sjvn.nic.in from 18.12.2023 to 07.01.2024. The selection process of the SJVN apprenticeship training will be based on the merit list prepared on the marks obtained in Matriculation examination (10th), 12th and ITI Course/Diploma and Bachelor of Engineering/Technology or MBA. Selected candidates will undergo document verification and later the list of shortlisted SJVN Apprenticeship Training candidates will be declared.

To fill the SJVN 2023 Apprentice online application form, the candidate will first have to register online. The dates for filing application form is as under:-

SJVN Apprentice Recruitment 2023 Age Limit
The Apprentice age limit defined as per official notification is as under:-
The minimum age limit is 18 years and the maximum will be 30 Years as on closing date i.e. 07.01.2024 (Extended by 05 years for SC/ST; 03 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) & 10 years for PWDs)
SJVN Apprenticeship Training Educational Qualification
The education qualification for the vacancies of SJVN Apprenticeship Training program as per official notification is as under:-
For Graduate Apprentices:-
- Discipline/Trades relating to Mechanical, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Civil, Architecture, Instrumentation, Env. Pollution & Control, Applied Geology, Information Technology – Candidates should possess Full time Bachelor degree in Engineering/ Technology in relevant branch, from Institute/ University recognized by AICTE.
- Discipline/Trades relating to Human Resource- Candidates should possess Graduate with 02 years Full time MBA from Institute/ University recognized by UGC with specialization in HR.
- Discipline/Trades relating to Finance & Accounts – Candidates should possess Graduate with 02 years Full time MBA from Institute/ University recognized by UGC with specialization in Finance.
For Technician (Diploma) Apprentices
- Discipline/Trades under this category, the candidates should possess Full time diploma in Engineering/Technology in relevant branch, from Institute/ University recognized by AICTE/ Board of Technical Education of State.
For Technician (ITI) Apprentices
- Discipline/Trades under this category, the aspirants should have passed ITI from any recognized University/ Institute
SJVN Apprentice Selection Process 2023
The SJVN Apprenticeship Training Selection process is kind of direct recruitment which is based on merit list. The SJVN Apprentice Merit list 2023 will be prepared based on the marks secured by the candidate based on 10th, 12th, ITI Course or Diploma or BE/Btech or MBA as per following details:-

Note:- No extension of training and employment will be given after the completion of one year training by SJVN. Candidates will have to make their own stay arrangements

As per official notification the stipend for Graduate Apprentices: Rs. 10,000/- Per Month, Diploma Apprentices: Rs. 8,000/- Per Month & ITI Apprentices: Rs. 7,000/- Per Month.
