Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) released notification for recruitment of apprentices for Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 over East Central railway(ECR). RRC ECR apprentice 2023 notification pdf has been released as per official website. The requisite apprenticeship training will be conducted in designated trades at Various Division/Units.
In order to apply, candidates have to register ONLINE for Apprenticeship Training and to choose relevant designated ITI trade at any one of the mentioned Divisions/Units in the jurisdiction of East Central Railway against 1832 slots. Last date to apply and fill application form ONLINE is 09 December 2023 (17:00 hrs).

RRC Apprentice 2023 Application Fees Details:
Candidates have to pay online payment of Rs.100/- (Non Refundable) as fees to complete the registration of RRC apprentice 2023 posts.

RRC Apprentice 2023 Stipend Details
As per official notification, Training will be arranged in accordance with the standards and syllabus prescribed by the Central Apprenticeship Council. The selected candidates will be paid stipend during Apprenticeship at the applicable rates as per extant instructions. Rates are liable to change as per rules and directions issued by Railway Board time to time.
Further, Candidates should note that No Hostel accommodation will be provided to them and if selected than candidates will have to make their own arrangement till the completion of their training.
RRC Apprentice 2023 Eligibility Criteria :
Age limit
The age limit of eligible candidates should be minimum 15 years and maximum of 24 years as on 01.01.2023.
Education Qualification
1) The candidate must have passed Matric/10th class examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate, from recognized Board
2) Passed ITI in relevant trade as per requirement of this training.
RRC Apprentice Selection Process:
1. Selection process for RRC Apprenticeship training will be on the basis of merit list as per the online application received in respect of the notification for a particular Division/Unit. The merit list will be prepared taking the average of the %age marks of all subjects in both Matriculation with minimum 50% (aggregate marks) and ITI examination giving equal weightage to both.
2. In case of two candidates having the same marks, the candidate with older age shall be preferred or in case of same date of birth, then whosoever cleared matriculation exam earlier shall be considered first.
3. Based on the merit list, document verification of the enlisted candidates for Apprenticeship Training will be commenced and accordingly Medical examination will be done.
How to apply for RRC Apprenticeship training
1. Candidates have to apply ONLINE by visiting official website of RRC (ECR) www.rrcecr.gov.in. Detailed instructions for filling up ONLINE applications is available on the website.
2. Candidates have to login to the above site and accordingly fill up the Personal details/Bio-data etc. carefully.
3. It is pertinent to mention that Candidates should possess Adhar Card and have to fill the 12 digits of Adhar ID during filing process. If candidate does not have Aadhar number and have enrolled for the same they can enter 28 digits Aadhar Enrolment ID printed on the Aadhar enrolment slip.
4. Candidates should carefully fill their name, father’s name, date of birth. Percentage of marks in Matric(10th) and ITI etc as per certificates.
5. Further, it is very important to provide an active mobile no and email id while filing the form so that notification regarding next stage of recruitment can be received by the candidate.
6. After submission of ONLINE application, a registration number will be generated for the applicant. The same shall be preserved for future correspondence with RRC.
