The Karnataka Examinations Authority has invited online applications for DR(Direct Recruitment) to fill a total of 1000 vacancies of Village Administrative Officer posts in RPC Cadre and Kalyana Karnataka Cadre in different districts of Karnataka. Candidates can apply from any one of the prescribed district for the post of VAO. There will be Competitive Examination conducted by KEA(Karnataka Examination Authority).
The said examination will comprise of exams i.e. Compulsory Kannada Language Test, GK, English Language and Computer Knowledge. Karnataka VAO Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Karnataka KEA VAO 2024 Educational Qualification
The Karnataka Village Administrative officer education qualification for the posts as per KEA VAO notification 2024 is as follows:-
- Second PUC/ 12th Exam from the recognized institute or board.
- Candidates can be considered equivalent to PUC only if they pass one language course and one academic subject conducted by NIOS or one language and one subject in the examination conducted by a pre graduate course

Karnataka KEA VAO 2024 Selection process
The selection process for Karnataka VAO posts, candidates have to clear an OMR based offline written examination. Once qualified the candidates will be called for document verification. The pattern of the examination subject wise is as follows

How to Apply KEA VAO Recruitment 2024
After going through the official notification, if candidates are eligible then they can apply online only through official website of the KEA (See the official notification and website link given below).
Once application process is over, pay the prescribed application fess, and once payment process over the submission of the online application form will be done and accordingly the system-generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must take a print out of the said application for future correspondence. All the verification will be done in due course.
